Meet Cain
A passionate trainer & owner dedicated to helping people become the best version of themselves. I’m currently in my third year at Deakin University studying Sports and Exercise Science, and I hold Certificate III & IV in Group and Personal Training as well as Certificate I & II in Sport and Recreation.
I became a trainer because I’ve always had a love for sports and exercise, and I wanted to use that passion to guide others on their fitness journeys. My coaching style is friendly and encouraging, offering technical advice when needed, while keeping sessions varied, fun, and challenging.

A past business owner for almost 15 years with a great amount of experience, Emma is a dedicated and passionate fitness professional committed to helping clients feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. With a focus on safe, effective training and long-term results, she works with clients of all fitness levels to create personalised training that aligns with their goals and lifestyles.
