With an extensive background in functional group and personal training, coaching, pilates and massage, I believe exercise is the best investment you can make in your health – from your body to your mind to your social life. Over the years, I've won several awards for my training programs, but it's not something I do for the accolades. Nothing brings me more joy than helping people transform their lives from the inside out.

I chose the name UFit because it’s all about you. So much more than a drop-in class, UFit is a comprehensive, custom program aimed at nourishing your whole being. As well as a range of group classes customised to your abilities and needs, we offer goal-setting, mindset and nutritional support to empower you to become the best version of yourself. The lotus on our logo symbolises a fresh beginning – and that it’s never too late to start your journey to wellness.

Christine has been practising yoga for over a decade and completed a 500hr Diploma of Yoga Teaching at VIYETT in 2018, along with additional training in mindfulness, myofascial release, post-natal and yin yoga. She draws on experience in Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Yin yoga as well as pranayama, meditation, physiology and philosophy to create a flowing class that nourishes your whole being. Having experienced first-hand the incredible physical and mental benefits of yoga, she has designed her classes to fill you with optimism, energy and deep relaxation.

With the belief movement is medicine, Chloe is a dedicated trainer with Certificates 3 and 4 in fitness. After strength training for six years, she now brings that passion for fitness to her students. Her approach centres on fun and variety, effectively helping you hit your health, fitness and strength goals.
